Below you’ll find our shipping process, estimated carrier timelines, and recommended order-by dates based on holiday carrier guidance and our fulfillment speed.

Processing Times

  • Most orders ship within 1 business day from our warehouse in Missoula, Montana.
  • Oversized or bulky items (such as furniture, wagons, large playsets, and select strollers) may require an additional 1–3 business days for processing.
  • If you need an item urgently, please contact us for personalized shipping recommendations.

2025 Holiday Shipping Cutoff Dates

The dates below are general guidelines for delivery by Christmas Eve (December 24, 2025) for shipments within the contiguous United States. Weather, carrier volume, and other delays are still possible. We always recommend ordering as early as you can.

USPS Cutoff Dates (2025)

  • USPS Ground Advantage / USPS First Class: Order by December 15, 2025
  • USPS Priority Mail: Order by December 18, 2025
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Order by December 20, 2025 

UPS Cutoff Dates (2025)

UPS Ground transit time varies by distance from Montana. Typical delivery windows are about 2–5 business days across the U.S.

  • UPS 3 Day Select: Order by December 19, 2025
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Order by December 22, 2025
  • UPS Next Day Air: Order by December 23, 2025 before 12 pm MST.

FedEx Cutoff Dates (2025)

Winter weather, high seasonal volume, and carrier routing changes can all affect delivery speed. While we ship quickly and work closely with our carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has left our warehouse.
