Shipping Guidelines

📦 Shipping Policy

At Hazel & Fawn, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the information below regarding how we ship, deliver, and handle issues related to missing or delayed packages.

Orders ship in 1-2 business days. Some oversize items may take an additional 1-2 days to process. Orders typically take 2-6 business days to arrive.  

We use a combination of USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on weight, transit time, and value of the package.  Please note some items will require a signature upon delivery.  It is the customers responsibility to provide a secure address for shipments.  Domestic orders over $75 ship for free.  Shipping is provided in the continental United States. International shipping is not available.

We also offer free in store pickup at our warehouse located in Missoula, Montana.  If you live in or around Missoula or are passing through and would like to pick up your order at our warehouse, please either email us at info@hazelandfawn.com or call  (406) 317-1074 when placing your order for more details.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or carrier delays.

Please monitor your tracking information to ensure someone is available to receive your package, especially for deliveries requiring a signature or for high-value items.  You may contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange a time when you are available for delivery.

Delivery Confirmation = Order Fulfilled

When the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) marks your package as Delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and complete. Delivery may be confirmed by any of the following:

  • A carrier tracking scan with a timestamp

  • A delivery photo at your address

  • A mailbox, mailroom, or front door scan

  • A digital or physical signature (if required)

  • Confirmation from the carrier of GPS coordinates that confirm delivery

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported missing, including those that are lost or stolen after carrier confirmation.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Double-check around your property, mailbox, neighbors, or with household members.

  2. Notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery so we can investigate.

Signature Confirmation & Secure Delivery

Some orders may ship with signature required based on order value or delivery location. If someone at the delivery address signs for the package—even if the name does not match the order—it will be considered valid proof of delivery under carrier policy.

Hazel & Fawn is not responsible for unclaimed packages or missed delivery attempts.

Shipping Disputes & Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree to the terms above and acknowledge that once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it becomes your responsibility. We are happy to help you further investigate with the carrier but cannot issue refunds or reshipments for packages that show confirmed delivery.

Returns

At Hazel & Fawn, we believe in our baby products and we know that you will love all of them too. That is why we gladly accept returns on all of our new items. Returns must be in new condition with original packaging and tags attached. We accept returns for up to 60 days after your order date. Serial numbers on products must match the serial number on the manufacturers box. Hazel & Fawn will  provide prepaid return labels for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return label for all other return reasons. 

Outlet item sales are final.  However, in the event you received a damaged outlet item we will provide a return label.
