Rooster, Brown

The brown Rooster is the largest and oldest of the Ostheimer roosters, proud in golden-brown plumage with colorful tail feathers. He rules the henhouse beside the brown hens and chicks.

Like every Ostheimer figure, it is hand-carved and hand-painted in Germany, so each piece is individually shaped and no two are exactly alike. The colors are non-toxic, plant-based watercolors, and the wood comes from sustainable domestic forestry, so it's a toy made to be handled, loved and passed down.
